02 Use of Workspace

Our coworking spaces, training rooms, and studios are provided for professional use only. Users are expected to:

• Maintain a professional decorum at all times.
• Respect the noise levels and privacy of other members.
• Ensure that the workspace is left in the same condition as it was found.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

03 Booking and Payments

All bookings must be paid for in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

04 Limitation of Liability

Hire My Space shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This includes loss of data or business interruption.

05 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
